Vivo X300 & X300 Pro India Launch Confirmed: Flagship Duo With Dimensity 9500 SoC Arriving on December 2

Vivo is gearing up for a big December launch in India. The company has officially confirmed that its next-generation flagship smartphones — Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro — will debut on 2 December 2025. Both devices will pack MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset and run OriginOS 6, making them the first Vivo phones in India to ship with the new UI.

Vivo has already revealed the colour options for both models:

• Vivo X300 Pro: Dune Brown, Phantom Black
• Vivo X300: Phantom Black, Mist Blue, and an India-exclusive Summit Red

Camera & ZEISS Partnership

The ZEISS collaboration continues with the X300 series:

• X300 Pro: 200MP APO Telephoto lens
• X300: 200MP primary camera

Vivo will also offer a photography kit, similar to what Oppo introduced for its X9 lineup, giving creators more tools to elevate their shooting experience.
