OnePlus has finally revealed the launch date for its next big flagship — the OnePlus 15. After weeks of teasers and speculation, the company has confirmed that the smartphone will debut in China on October 27 at 7 PM (local time). The OnePlus 15 5G will be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite 5 chipset, making it one of the first smartphones to feature this top-end processor. Meanwhile, reports suggest that the Ace 6 will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. Interestingly, teaser images hint that both phones will share a similar rear camera module design.
Both devices are already available for pre-reservation across major Chinese e-commerce platforms, including Oppo e-Shop and JD Mall.
As for the specs, leaks indicate that the OnePlus 15 will feature a 165Hz 1.5K OLED display and a massive 7,000mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging support. The Ace 6, on the other hand, could sport a 1.5K BOE OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 7,800mAh battery supporting 120W fast charging.
