Samsung is pushing its Android 16-based One UI 8 stable update to more users worldwide. The rollout, which began a few days ago for the Galaxy S23 series in South Korea, has now expanded to multiple regions, including Australia, Egypt, France, Germany, Iran, Malaysia, Spain, Turkey, and Ukraine.
This means the entire Galaxy S23 lineup — including the Galaxy S23 FE — is now eligible for the major software update in these countries.
What’s New in the Update
The One UI 8 stable update comes packed with Samsung’s latest features and includes the September 2025 Android security patch. Depending on the model, the download size ranges between 2.5GB and 3.5GB, so users are advised to connect to Wi-Fi before updating.
Galaxy A34 and A54 Join the Party
Alongside the flagship series, Samsung has also released the One UI 8 stable update for the Galaxy A34 and Galaxy A54. The update is currently rolling out in South Korea with firmware versions A346NKSUAEYI7 (A34) and A546SKSUCEYI5 (A54). A wider rollout to other regions is expected soon.
How to Update
If you own a Galaxy S23, S23 FE, A34, or A54 and haven’t received the update yet, you can check manually by heading to:
Settings > Software update > Download and install.
👉 Bottom line: Samsung is bringing One UI 8 with Android 16 to more devices and regions — so if you own a Galaxy S23 series phone or an A34/A54, your big update might already be waiting
